Every beanie is made to order. Production takes 3–5 working days, then it ships Royal Mail Tracked 48. Allow roughly 1–2 weeks from order to doorstep. You’ll get a tracking link when it ships.
Is delivery really free?
Yes — free delivery to all UK addresses. We don’t ship outside the UK yet.
Can I return it?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition. Email us at hello@whereskate.co.uk to start a return. If your beanie arrives faulty or damaged, tell us and we’ll put it right.
What size is it?
One size fits most adults. The cuff can be worn folded or pulled down for a slouchier fit.
